New Publication

We are pleased to share that Katharina Reidl has published a new research article in the journal Energy Research and Social Science.

In her paper, “The landlord–property manager–tenant trilemma: Exploring the decision-making processes in decarbonising the rental housing market”, she examines how landlords, property managers, and tenants make investment decisions in the context of decarbonising the rental housing market.
